Dummerweise betrifft das Problem nicht alle und somit scheint es nicht über die automatischen Updates ausgeteilt zu werden. Eine Version von Windows 11 wurde noch nicht gefixt. KB5018418 bei Windows 11, die nach den Updates Verbindungsprobleme mit SSL haben.
