<p class=MsoNormal>ich würde gerne meine Rechnungen per Mail an die Kunden
zustellen. Hauptsächlich Webhosting aber auch andere Rechnungen sind da für
mich interessant. Bisher habe ich immer nur Kopien per Mail versendet, da alles
mit der Post raus geht. Wenn ich nun per E-Mail diese Rechnungen zustellen
möchte ohne Kopie per Post, dann müssen diese Rechnungen (Meist im PDF Format)
ja digital signiert werden laut Gesetz, damit die Inhalte keiner Ändern kann
bzw. die Änderungen nicht gültig sind da sie vom Original abweichen. Ich glaube
das Finanzamt will das so haben seit 2002 oder so ähnlich. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Könnt Ihr mir sagen, wie ich nun meine PDF Dokumente so
kostengünstig wie möglich signiert bekomme? PDFs erstellen etc. ist ja mit fpdf
und Konsorten kein Problem, nur wie signiere ich den Krams dann so das es
rechtlich in Ordnung ist und ich nicht am Jahresende nochmals alle per Post
versenden muss oder so.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Es muss auch nicht unbedingt PDF sein obwohl dieses Format
schon ziemlich praktisch ist, evtl. gibt es weitere Lösungen die man nutzen
kann/darf? Sorry falls ich damit etwas OT werde auf dieser Liste, aber ich
hoffe auf Euer stetiges gutes und kontinuierliches Know-How in dieser Sache ;-)<o:p></o:p></p>
