And as there are numerous<br/></div><div>European parties, I'm sure there is a law that regulates their rights and duties, defines how they got to behave, got to be treated and under which <br/></div><div>circumstances they can receive EU money. <br/></div><div>Try to find out what these regulations and laws are and tell them you know about their duties as a European party. Tell them you'd go to the European <br/></div><div>Court of Justice to sue them on granting you the rights that you (hopefully) have, quoting the passage from EU Directive/Act XYZ.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>This is probably politically more helpful than telling the bourgeoise press about it etc.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>I'm convinced, if you can prove that you have paid contribution fees for a considerable time, hold a member card and don't have a right of representation,<br/></div><div>then any court in the western hemisphere (and in many other countries) would ajudge your right to elect representatives and be elected within your party.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>I keep my fingers crossed<br/></div><div><br/></div><div>Uli<br/></div></div> <br><br><table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0"><tr><td style="font-family:verdana; font-size:12px; line-height:17px;border-top:1px solid #000000">Ihr WEB.DE Postfach immer dabei: die kostenlose WEB.DE Mail App für iPhone und Android. <br><a href="https://produkte.web.de/freemail_mobile_startseite/"><b>https://produkte.web.de/freemail_mobile_startseite/</b></a></td></tr></table>
