<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial" size="2"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">If you have been following recent correspondence you will see that Nobert’s letter to Pierre Laurant, was passed to Maite Mola, who has now passed it to Waltraud Fritz-Klackl. Also a decision was to be made in January, then February and now April.</span></font></p>

Everything goes round in circles and finally disappears. This happens whether you write politely, or a little more sharply as I do these days because I am fed up with it.</span></font></p>
