<p>May I propose we meet before the congress to discuss the political developments and the issues that are at stake and to try to give some inputs to those who are going?</p>
<p>It is not yet an election of delegates but it could be an informal meeting.</p>

So it’s circulating to all delegates and parties etc. Of course that proposal is a challenging one but there must be a discussion about it at the congress.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

12.0pt;font-family:Arial" lang="EN-GB">Concerning the participation of individual members: By now we are 37 member ad observer parties, so the EL can not afford to pay for nearly 500 people travel costs. So unfortunately also for individual members there will be no support concerning the travel expenses.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
