Thank you so much for your Invitation. Now a days I have been moved back to 
Pakistan, however I am really very interested to attend the congress, but I 
would ask you to please arrange me the visa for France. I am sending you the 
Registration form and request you to do as early as possible.

Subject: [Individual-members-EL] EL congress


Dear comrades, 
 
As you know, the 3rd EL Congress will take place from 03-05 December 2010 in 
Paris .
 
I send you enclosed the “Agenda for a Social Europe” which is our main political 
document for the congress.
Next to it delegates from the congress will present motions, declarations etc. 
but that will be done just shortly before the congress or even during the 
congress where they will be debated.
 
I also send you again the proposal of the individual membership circle of 
Brussels . I sent that around to the mail ing list some time ago
and got only positive feedback from other individual members. So I submitted it 
to the relevant statute commission. So it’s circulating to all delegates and 
parties etc. Of course that proposal is a challenging one but there must be a 
discussion about it at the congress.
 
Concerning the participation of individual members:  By now we are 37 member ad 
observer parties, so the EL can not afford to pay for nearly 500 people travel 
costs. So unfortunately also for individual members there will be no support 
concerning the travel expenses.
On the other hand the EL will cover accommodation expenses for individual 
members. 

 
So in case you are able to come please fill out the enclosed registration form 
and send it back to us.
