[Individual-members-EL] Question

Dear Predrag,

The EL statutes allows the associations and parties of the European
countries two options to participate within the EL.

A. Full membership - the delegates of member parties have full rights
B. Observer status - the delegates have full rights except for the elections
and taking part in boards.

Before you do so, consult your membership with the official members of the
Executive Board of with some of the vice-chairmans (e.g.Grigirij Petrenko -
Moldovia I would recommend).
