Please find the first Draft of the Political Theses of the EL towards the
2nd Congress, which will take place in Prague on November 23-25th. 
 
There is an english and french version, as well as an introductory letter
attached.
 
A first orientation for the time frame of the resending of amendments etc.
can be sent till the 15th of October to the EL office in Brussels.
