<br>
smart_frame_surroundings (Integer)<br>
   If set, frame borders and gaps will be removed when there’s no ambiguity<br>
   regarding the focused frame.<br>

   If set, window borders and gaps will be removed when there’s no ambiguity<br>
   regarding the focused window.<br>
