The main reason was my lack of time and the new css-inspired engine for window decorations which took quite a time to be considered stable. Thanks a lot to Simon for the many code reviews, for updating the CI, and for encouraging me to release this new version: herbstluftwm 0.9.6 The usual references are listed below :-) Thanks to all the contributors!
