herbstluftwm 0.9.2 release

Dear hlwm'ers,

we're slowly approaching all features that deserve to be implemented
before a 1.0 release. With the new release[1] the most notable of the
new features[2] is window title drawing. Which also brings in the new
dependencies to the libraries xft and freetype.

For those who are building the source tarball[1], it is also important
to know that now it is not required anymore to set WITH_DOCUMENTATION
for cmake, because the build system now detects the existing built
documentation that is shipped with the source tarball.

As always, if you encounter issues of any kind, please report them on
github[3]. Also, any other kind of feedback is always welcome!
