herbstluftwm 0.9.1 release

Dear hlwm'ers,

it's time for a new release[1], which brings new features[2] and bug
fixes. One major change is the support for window minimization, and the
most important change is the fix of a crash in 'split explode'.

Regarding packaging hlwm based on the release tarball, an issue with
WITH_DOCUMENTATION=no was fixed (previously hlwm-doc.json was rebuilt
unnecessarily though already existing in the doc/ directory of the
tarball).

If you encounter issues of any kind, please report them on github[3].

Thanks to the contributors Bernhard M. Wiedemann, Bohdan Potměkleč, and
Simon Kuhnle for improving the documentation and especially many thanks
to Simon for reviewing each and every of my changes :-)
