[PATCH] Turn on auto_detect_monitors by default.

From time to time, people in #herbstluftwm are confused why hlwm does
unexpected things (i.e. nothing) when a new monitor is attached.

This turns auto_detect_monitors on by default which is probably the
behaviour a newcomer expects. Power-users which use hlwm's monitors
independently from the physical ones are probably the smaller part ;)
