Rules with monitor

Hello Thorsten,

Thanks for your prompt reply.. I'm embarrassed to say that my autostart 
incorrectly had "hc swap_monitors_to_get_tag 0" instead of "hc *set* 
swap_monitors_to_get_tag 0". Caught that the moment I saw your example 
in your reply.

Thanks again. And thank you for herbstluftwm. I am really lovin' it, 
coming from bspwm!
