Im Kern handelt es sich um einen vergüteten kommunalen Arbeitsdienst, der eine Form des ökonomischen Arbeitszwangs zur Existenzsicherung darstellt. In meiner in der Zeitschrift „Widersprüche“ erschienen Replik auf Kunstreichs Position kritisiere ich seinen verkürzten Grundeinkommensbegriff, seine unzulängliche Wiedergabe des Konzepts des Sozialen Infrastruktur und sein Konzept der „Garantierten Grundarbeitszeit“.
