Dabei wäre es doch so etwas wie eine immer gefüllte Streikkasse und könnte die ständig beklagte schwindende Kampfkraft der Gewerkschaften deutlich stärken. Dafür müssten sie sich allerdings zunächst für die Forderung aussprechen und am Kampf für ihre Durchsetzung beteiligen.</span></p>
<p style="font-size:10pt;"><br/></p>
<p style="font-size:10pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri'">Aber stimmt dieser Blick auf die Situation überhaupt? Umfragen, auch gewerkschaftsintern, ergeben oft ein erheblich differenzierteres Bild. Und tatsächlich gab und gibt es in jüngster Zeit einige Bemühungen, das auch nach außen sichtbar zu machen. Der Versuch der Frauen in der IG Bauen, Agrar, Umwelt, die Forderung in ihrer Organisation durchzusetzen, wurde zwar vorläufig ausgeblockt, aber das beendet die Debatte nicht.</span></p>
<p style="font-size:10pt;"><br/></p>
<p style="font-size:10pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri'">Der Zusammenschluss „Gewerkschaftsdialog Grundeinkommen“ setzt sich schon immer für das BGE ein und erklärt in einem neu bearbeiteten Positionspapier: „Das bedingungslose Grundeinkommen hilft den Gewerkschaften, ihre Ziele zu erreichen.“ </span><a href="www.gewerkschaftsdialog-grundeinkommen.de"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri'">www.gewerkschaftsdialog-grundeinkommen.de</span></a><span style="font-family: 'Calibri'"> Dabei werden gewerkschaftliche Ziele nicht, wie bei Vorständen vor allem der Industriegewerkschaften oft üblich, auf betriebliche und tarifliche Belange beschränkt, sondern umfassend gesellschaftspolitisch verstanden. Neben anderen nennt das Papier ausdrücklich die „Bedeutung freier Tätigkeiten“ und den Wert der Arbeit. Es kritisiert das „Märchen von der Vollbeschäftigung“, fordert „Erwerbsarbeit ohne Zwang“ und den Übergang „von der Erwerbs- zur Tätigkeitsgesellschaft“. Es betont, dass ein BGE mit dem Sozialstaat vereinbar und finanzierbar ist, benennt den Zusammenhang von Grundeinkommen mit Klima- und Friedenspolitik und erklärt eine umfassend gerechte Gesellschaft, in der alle, jede und jeder Einzelne, sozial abgesichert sind, zum zentralen Ziel.</span></p>

Mai fand (online) ein deutsch-südkoreanisches Vernetzungstreffen bedingungsloses Grundeinkommen statt, das sich speziell mit dem Problem der Klimakrise und ihrem Bezug zum BGE beschäftigte. Inputs auf hohem Niveau behandelten „Das BGE zum Beginn des Anthropozäns“ (Hyosang Ahn, Grundeinkommensnetzwerk Südkorea), „CO2-Dividende und das Common-Equity-Model im Bereich der Energiewende“ (Min Geum, Institut für politische und wirtschaftliche Alternativen, Seoul) und „Die Bedeutung der Energie in der sozialökologischen Transformation“ (Dagmar Paternoga, Attac AG genug für alle). Die Referate wurden jeweils kommentiert und in ihren Perspektiven ausgeweitet von Mia Smettan (Konzeptwerk neue Ökonomie, Leipzig), Ronald Blaschke (Netzwerk Grundeinkommen Deutschland) und Gunmin Yi (Institut für politische und wirtschaftliche Alternativen)</span></p>

<p style="font-size:10pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri'">Mit Hilfe zweier hervorragend vorbereiteten Dolmetscherinnen kam eine lebendige Diskussion zustande, die eine Reihe gemeinsamer Punkte identifizieren konnte.
