Um das 1,5-°C-Ziel zu halten und die Verkehrsemissionen bis 2030 um 40 Prozent zu senken1, muss die Devise lauten: Fahrzeuge vernetzen und Zugänge verbessern, anstatt zusätzlichen Verkehr zu schaffen!
Doch die Expansion von Plattformunternehmen in den Personennahverkehr gefährdet die sozial-ökologische Verkehrswende. Sie bringen zumeist zusätzliche Fahrzeuge auf die Straßen, etablieren neue prekäre Beschäftigungsverhältnisse und erhalten exklusiven Datenzugriff auf die Bewegungsprofile von Millionen Menschen. Private Mobilitätsplattformen sind zu einer essentiellen Verkehrsinfrastruktur geworden, die nicht dem Gemeinwohl oder Klimaschutz dient, sondern der Vermarktung von Mobilitäts-Startups und deren Kapitelgebern.
Städte, Landkreise und Gemeinden sind hier besonders gefordert. Es liegt in ihrer kommunalen Verantwortung, den digitalen Wandel des Personennahverkehrs zu gestalten und eine moderne und sichere öffentliche Mobilitätsversorgung für alle bereitzustellen. </style></p><div class="part docbody"><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family:Calibri;margin-left:0px;text-align:left;font-size:10pt;"><span style=""><span style="font-weight:normal"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri'">Dr. Markus Schlagnitweit ist Direktor der Katholischen Sozialakademie Österreichs und hat kürzlich in einem längeren Text dargelegt, dass es ein Missverständnis wäre, die Katholische Soziallehre im Gegensatz zu einem bedingungslosen Grundeinkommen zu verstehen. So wird zwar verschiedentlich argumentiert, aber unter Berufung auf mehrere Aussagen von Papst Franziskus und unter Beachtung wichtiger Texte aus 130 Jahren katholischer Soziallehre kommt Schlagnitweit zum exakt gegenteiligen Schluss:

</span><p style="font-size:10pt;"><span style="font-family: 'Calibri'"><span style="font-weight:normal">gesellschaftspolitischen Umsetzung der biblischen Grundkategorie der Bedingungslosigkeit betrachtet werden: Dem Menschen wird seitens der Gesellschaft bedingungslos der Freiraum zugestanden und eröffnet, sich dieser positiven Vorleistung entsprechend zu verhalten und nun seinerseits das ihm Mögliche zu einem gelingenden gesellschaftlichen Zusammenleben beizutragen – oder eben nicht. Die Eigenverantwortung, die dem einzelnen Menschen mit der Gewährung eines BGE zugemutet wird, ist – darauf wurde bereits hingewiesen – ungleich größer als in allen anderen Gesellschaftsmodellen, die auf Leistungskontrolle und mit Strafe belegte Missbrauchsverbote aufbauen. Aber gerade diese – gewiss riskante – Zumutung von Freiheit und Verantwortung findet ihr Vorbild in jener Bedingungslosigkeit, in welcher der biblische Gott sich selbst dem Menschen zumutet und ausliefert.“</span></span></p><span style="font-weight:normal;">

Ich bin Mitglied der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Genug für alle, die sich mit den verschiedenen Aspekten des Bedingungslose Grundeinkommens beim globalisierungskritischen Netzwerk Attac beschäftigt. Wie die BAG Grundeinkommen in und bei der Partei Linke setzt sich auch Genug für alle für die Vision eines emanzipatorischen BGE ein. Ebenso wie die BAG Grundeinkommen unterstützen wir die gegenwärtig laufende Europäische Bürgerinitiative Grundeinkommen. Wir verfolgen das Engagement der BAG Grundeinkommen seit Jahren sehr intensiv und teilen Euer BGE-Konzept nahezu vollständig. Denn meines Erachtens hat das Konzept Potenzial, zu einem wichtigen Baustein zu werden für einem Paradigmenwechsel vom kompensatorischen zum emanzipatorischen Sozialstaat.
<br/><br/>Mit Erwerbsarbeit kann heute immer weniger das Versprechen, des Wohlstands für das Bürgertum und der gesicherten Existenz für die Arbeiterklasse, das noch in den 60er und 70er Jahren in westlichen Industriegesellschaften galt, eingelöst werden. Erwerbsarbeit trägt heute immer weniger zum Wohlstand bei. Euer Grundeinkommensmodell trägt dieser Entwicklung Rechnung und trennt zu einem großen Teil Arbeit und Einkommen voneinander. Arbeit kann nur dann Teil eines "buen vivir", also eines guten Lebens, sein, wenn sie nicht aus Zwang, sondern aus eigenem Antrieb verrichtet wird.
<br/><br/>Um künftig diesen Zwängen gleich welcher Art und gleich von wem auch immer ausgeübt, vorzubeugen, kann das von der BAG-Grundeinkommen ausgearbeitete BGE-Konzept ein taugliches Mittel sein. Im Vorwort der Broschüre schreibt der Bundeskoordinator der BAG, Jörg Reiners: "Nach all den Jahren halten wir es für überfällig, als Partei endlich die Meinungsführerschaft in Sachen Grundeinkommen einnehmen zu wollen. Denn wer, wenn nicht wir, sind überhaupt in der Lage, die Menschen zum Reich der Freiheit aufbrechen zu lassen?" Wir freuen uns über diesen Anspruch und wünschen uns, dass ein intensiver Wettberwerb um diese Position entsteht, denn das kann dem BGE nur nützen.
<br/><br/>Denn es ist jetzt an der Zeit, in Sachen Grundeinkommen den entscheidenden Schritt zu gehen. Wir verfolgen den Mitgliederentscheid gespannt und wünschen Eurer BAG und der ganzen Partei DIE LINKE und damit letzten Endes der ganzen Gesellschaft viel Erfolg und sehr hohe Zustimmungsraten für euer Konzept!
