bundesweiten Netzwerk Grundeinkommen. Er will zunächst den Begriff des
Grundeinkommens genau erläutern und den Unterschied zu den Begriffen
Bürgergeld, Grund- und Mindestsicherung deutlich machen. Seine Zuhörer wird er
mit den Pro- und Kontra-Argumenten für das bedingungslose Grundeinkommen
vertraut machen und anschließend zur Diskussion darüber einladen.</font></div>

seit fast 20 Jahren mit dem Thema, hat mehrere Bücher dazu herausgegeben und
ist Mitbegründer des Netzwerkes Grundeinkommen. Dieses ist ein Zusammenschluss
von Menschen und Organisationen, die für das Grundeinkommen einstehen und dafür
wissenschaftliche Tagungen, Kongresse, parlamentarische Abende,
Diskussionsforen und andere Veranstaltungen durchführen. Nach ihrer Vorstellung
soll dieses Einkommen ein individueller Rechtsanspruch sein, für jeden die Existenz
und Teilnahme am gesellschaftlichen Leben sichern und ohne
Bedürftigkeitsprüfung sowie ohne Zwang zu Arbeit oder anderen Gegenleistungen
gezahlt werden. Mitglieder sind gegenwärtig über 5000 Menschen und 134
Organisationen - <font face="Helvetica, sans-serif">von der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Sozialpolitischer Arbeitskreise
über den Bund der Deutschen Katholischen Jugend</font> <font face="Helvetica, sans-serif">bis zur Internationalen
