einfach so und für jeden? Eine linke Spinnerei? Mitnichten! Selbst Konzernchefs
wie Timotheus Höttges oder neoliberale Ökonomen wie Thomas Straubhaar
verfechten die Idee eines bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens. Die Befürworter
argumentieren unter anderem damit, dass die Digitalisierung menschliche Arbeitskraft,
insbesondere für Geringqualifizierte, zusehends überflüssig mache. Das
bedingungslose Grundeinkommen würde die Betroffenen von Existenznöten und dem
Zwang zur schlecht bezahlten Erwerbsarbeit befreien – und mehr Raum für
gemeinnützige Arbeit und ehrenamtliches Engagement bieten. Zugleich entfielen
damit die hohen Verwaltungskosten für das komplexe Hartz-IV-System. Klingt erst
mal gut. Doch stimmt die Prämisse, dass vielen Deutschen bald die Arbeit
ausgeht? Und ist Erwerbsarbeit nicht auch eine Frage der
Beteiligungsgerechtigkeit, das bedingungslose Grundeinkommen mithin eine
„Stilllegungsprämie“, wie dessen Gegner unken? Schließlich: Wie soll es
finanziert werden? Welche anderen Sozialleistungen soll es ersetzen? Und
fördert es den „Sozialtourismus“ nach Deutschland? Diesen und anderen Fragen
möchten wir gemeinsam auf den Grund gehen.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
