Durch die im Oktober 2003 von der rot-grünen Regierungskoalition beschlossene Agenda 2010 dran die Forderung nach einem Grundeinkommen immer stärker aus den sozialwissenschaftlichen und politischen Fachkreisen in die Öffentlichkeit.</div>
