Sanktionen sind
menschenunwürdig und
sinnlos! Und Sanktionen sind
oft genug auch rechtswidrig.
40 Prozent der Widersprüche
und Klagen gegen Jobcenter
sind bereits heute
erfolgreich! Doch nur 5
Prozent der Betroffenen
wehren sich. „Wären es
doppelt so viele, könnten
wir einpacken”, so ein
Insider. Packen wir es an!<br>

Wir wollen, dass gegen jede
Sanktion, die von einem
Jobcenter verhängt wird,
rechtlich vorgegangen wird.
Dies tun wir auf drei Wegen:
Durch Sanktionsvermeidung,
Sanktionsabwehr und durch
Überbrückungsdarlehen für
sanktionierte Personen aus
einem Solidarfonds.<br>

Viele Sanktionen entstehen,
weil die Betroffenen zu
wenig über ihre Rechte
informiert werden. Mit
Sanktionsfrei.de entsteht
ein kostenfreies
Online-Portal, das den
gesamten Briefverkehr mit
dem Jobcenter - also alle
notwendigen Formulare und
alle Schreiben an das
Jobcenter - online über den
Browser abbildet. Die
Plattform wird gleichzeitig
mit kompetenter
Rechtsberatung verknüpft. So
passieren keine Fehler.</span></span><br>

<span style="font-size:12px">Mit
Sanktionsfrei werden
Pflicht-Bewerbungen zum
Kinderspiel. Mit einem
Knopfdruck werden passende
Stellenanzeigen aus öffentlich
zugänglichen Datenbanken
gescannt und ein
Bewerbungsschreiben
vorbereitet. Mit Sanktionsfrei
muss auch niemand mehr allein
zum Amt. Bestehende
Unterstützungen wie
Begleitungsservices zum
Jobcenter und Selbsthilfe- und
Beratungs-Netzwerke werden
integriert.</span><br>

dennoch Sanktionen verhängt,
dann bekämpfen wir sie
konsequent durch Widerspruch
und Klage. Bis zur Aufhebung
der Sanktion füllen wir den
