<div style="margin-bottom: 10px;">Im Aufruf heißt es:<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">“Das Finanzamt Frankfurt hält das globalisierungskritische Netzwerk Attac für zu politisch, um gemeinnützig zu sein. Dem widersprechen wir!<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Wir fordern die Finanzverwaltung in Hessen auf: Nehmen Sie den Bescheid, mit dem Attac die Gemeinnützigkeit entzogen wird, zurück! Attac leistet wichtige Bildungs- und Aufklärungsarbeit, die nicht durch eine einseitig enge Auslegung der gesetzlichen Grundlage, der Abgabenordnung, behindert werden darf.<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px;">Und es geht nicht nur um Attac. Auf Bundesebene muss das Gemeinnützigkeitsrecht modernisiert werden, um Rechtssicherheit zu schaffen und klarzustellen, dass kritisches zivilgesellschaftliches Engagement für eine soziale, ökologische und demokratische Gesellschaft als gemeinnützig anzuerkennen ist!”</div>
