Grundeinkommen hat sich zu einer gut durchdachten Forderung in Teilen der
Politik und der Gesellschaft entwickelt. Bei der Diskussion um das Grundeinkommen
zeigt sich, das die zentrale Frage nach der gesellschaftlichen Umverteilung von
gesellschaftlichen Reichtum in einer fortgeschrittenen Industriegesellschaft
nicht mehr zu hintergehen ist.</span></div>

begründet sich aber die Frage der gesellschaftlichen Umverteilung? Ein wesentlicher
Aspekt ist die Tatsache, das ein Grundeinkommen Einkommen gibt, ohne das dabei
Erwerbstätigkeit im Austausch gegen Lohn geleistet wird. Dies durchbricht die
Mauer der bisherigen gesellschaftlichen Praxis, die Utilitarismus fordert; also
die Vorstellung, das nützliche Leistung für die Gesellschaft entlohnt wird; wobei
die Betonung auf „nützlich“ liegt. Das „nützlich-sein“ ist aber wiederum eine
Sache der Zuschreibung, die festlegt, was und wie nützlich ausgeübte
Tätigkeiten sind, und diese dementsprechend entlohnt werden.</span></div>
