<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Bei einer Tagung der Evangelischen Akademie in Wittenberg
Ende 2008 beschloss eine Handvoll TeilnehmerInnen, zum 50. Geburtstag eines der
prominentesten deutschen Grundeinkommensexperten eine Festschrift zu erstellen:
für Ronald Blaschke, den ehemaligen Sprecher der Sächsischen Armutskonferenz,
nunmehr seit über vier Jahren Mitarbeiter bei Katja Kipping im Bundestag. Vier
der 10 AutorInnen des Bandes kommen aus Sachsen, drei AutorInnen sind, wie
Blaschke selbst, Gründungsmitglieder des Netzwerks Grundeinkommen. Abgesehen
davon könnten die AutorInnen und ihre Beiträge unterschiedlicher kaum sein: Linke,
Grüne, Linksliberale, Christdemokraten und Christen singen mehrstimmig ein
Loblied aufs Grundeinkommen:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Der erste Beitrag stammt vom Herausgeber des Bandes,
Jens-Eberhard Jahn, Mitglied im SprecherInnenrat der BAG Grundeinkommen bei der
Partei DIE LINKE. Sein unterhaltsamer Beitrag führt breit und facettenreich in
das Thema ein. Katja Kipping, stellvertretende Vorsitzende der Partei DIE LINKE,
lässt den Begriff „Arbeit“ Revue passieren und problematisiert dessen
Stellenwert für gesellschaftliche Anerkennung. Der bayrische evangelische
Theologe Ulrich Schneider-Wedding nimmt uns mit auf einen Ritt durch die
Geistesgeschichte von der Antike bis heute. Dabei beleuchtet er in
historisch-kritischer Weise die Wachstumsideologie. Der überaus spannende
Beitrag übt sich dazu in einer Ehrenrettung des „verfemten“ Philosophen Epikur.
Dies ist nahe liegend, denn die Festschrift trägt als doch etwas sperrigen
Titel ein Epikur-Zitat: „Ta anankaia euporista“ - „Das Notwendige ist leicht zu
verwirklichen“. Natürlich gibt ein solcher Titel dem Buch einen Hauch von
Exklusivität und lässt potentielle Leser eher zurückschrecken. Zu Unrecht, wie
auch die weiteren Artikel in diesem Sammelband zeigen: Ragna Krbetschek,
Psychotherapeutin aus Freiberg und im SprecherInnenrat der BAG Grundeinkommen
bei der Partei DIE LINKE, stellt die Frage nach den individuellen,
psychologischen Voraussetzungen, um verantwortungsvoll mit einem
Bedingungslosen Grundeinkommen umgehen zu können. Franz Segbers,
altkatholischer Sozialethiker aus Hessen, beschreibt das Grundeinkommen als
ethisch-kulturellen Gegenentwurf zu den Zwängen der Arbeits- und
Wachstumsgesellschaft. Michael Opielka stellt das Grundeinkommen aus grüner
Sicht vor, der thüringische Staatssekretär Hermann Binkert gibt eine Einführung
in das christdemokratische „Althaus-Modell“. Maik Hosang vom Lebensgut Pommritz
stellt Überlegungen zu philosophischen Voraussetzungen für ein Grundeinkommen
an und Stefan Wolf, Sprecher der BAG Grundeinkommen bei der Partei DIE LINKE,
erklärt erst einmal, was Sozialismus und Grundeinkommen miteinander zu tun
haben.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Abgerundet werden die Beiträge durch ein Interview mit
Susanne Wiest, der im Frühjahr 2009 eine der erfolgreichsten Petitionen an den
Bundestag gelang. Ihre Forderung: ein Bedingungsloses Grundeinkommen.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Das Buch ist – mit wenigen Einschränkungen – gut, informativ
und kurzweilig zu lesen. Seine Stärke ist die Vielfalt der Ansätze und der
AutorInnen. Ein aktuelleres Buch zur Grundeinkommensdebatte in Deutschland gibt
es derzeit auf dem deutschen Büchermarkt nicht. Mit 8,50 € ist der Preis für
die 142 Seiten inklusive Biographie und Bibliographie Ronald Blaschkes auch durchaus
moderat. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
