style="mso-ansi-language: DE">Wir von der „Gruppe Grundeinkommen“ haben uns
(zwischenzeitlich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der LAG Soziales) zum Ziel gesetzt
den Landesverband Rheinland Pfalz umfassend über die Idee eines Grundeinkommens
zu informieren um es jedem Mitglied der Grünen zu ermöglichen sich hierzu eine
Meinung zu bilden. <BR>Um dies zu erreichen sind sowohl <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: DE">- landesweite Veranstaltungen mit bekannten
Referenten als auch <BR>- Vorträge von uns in den einzelnen
KVs<BR>vorgesehen.<BR><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN><BR>Nach der
Veranstaltung am Samstag ist zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt noch eine weitere
Veranstaltung speziell zum Thema Grundeinkommen geplant.<BR><BR>Ich selbst habe
letzten Freitag im KV Altenkirchen einen Vortrag zu dem Thema gehalten und biete
das gleiche jedem anderen KVs (in RLP) ebenfalls an.<BR><BR>Der Zukunftskongress
in Berlin hat meiner Meinung nach gezeigt, dass großes Interesse an diesem Thema
besteht, wenn sich auch die führenden Köpfe in Fraktion und Bundesvorstand
bisher etwas reserviert zeigen.<BR>Die Podiumsdiskussion Soziale Teilhabe und
Arbeit war eine der am besten besuchten Veranstaltungen in Berlin. In dem – mit
schätzungsweise 150 Teilnehmern auch<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>sehr gut besuchten - darauf folgenden Workshop „Grundsicherung und
Grundeinkommen“<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>erklärte zunächst
Wolfgang Stregmann-Kuhn was unter einem Grundeinkommen zu verstehen ist und
welche verschiedenen Modelle in Diskussion sind und ging dann auf das Seine ein.
Auch die von mir unterstützte Vision eines Grünen Grundeinkommens von Thomas
Poreski und Manuel Emmler wurde von Thomas vorgestellt. Dieses Modell – mit
konkreten Finanzierungsvorschlägen - ist bereits in der BAG Wirtschaft (Der
Thomas, Manuel und auch ich angehören) kontrovers diskutiert worden.<BR>In den
auf die Vorträge folgenden Wortmeldungen der Zuhörer zeigte sich neben breiter
Zustimmung der Teilnehmer auch dass noch erheblicher Aufklärungsbedarf besteht.
Denn neben berechtigten Bedenken gab es zum Teil haarsträubende Argumente (z.B.
Grundeinkommen wäre eine Umverteilung von unten nach oben, da auch Reiche es
bekommen sollen).<BR><BR>Ich wünsche mir von unserer Führungsspitze mehr
Zusammenarbeit und auch Unterstützung in diesem Thema.<BR>Hier mal ein
Taktisches Argument an die Skeptiker: Die Grünen haben das Grundeinkommen vor 25
Jahren „erfunden“. Nun laufen wir Gefahr, dass uns dieses
„Alleinstellungsmerkmal“ von anderen Parteien geklaut wird.<BR>- Die PDS hat
bereits eine BAG Grundeinkommen<BR>- Die FDP spricht über ein (allerdings nicht
bedingungslos soziales) Grundeinkommen<BR>- Althaus von der CDU ebenso
(Bürgergeld)<BR>- Sogar unser Bundespräsident denkt darüber
nach<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: DE"><BR>Wir sollten daher schnellst möglich eine
Position zum Grundeinkommen erarbeiten und dem Thema eine BDK widmen. <BR>Das
Grundeinkommen wird in der nächsten Bundestagswahl eine zentrale Rolle
spielen.<BR>Unten in der Mail habe ich mal einen Überblick über den Status Quo
(Wolfgang Strengmann-Kuhn wird es mir hoffentlich verzeihen, dass ich aus seinem
Vortrag abgekupfert habe) und eine Kurzzusammenfassung mit Link zur

Grüne Grundsicherung?</U><BR>- Das Steuer- und Transfersystem wird zunehmend als
ungerecht empfunden, da es<BR> undurchschaubar ist und zum Teil
fragwürdige Verteilungswirkungen hat. <U><BR></U>- Der Wunsch nach mehr
Transparenz und Gerechtigkeit bei der Verteilung der Einkommen und der
<BR> Finanzierung der Sozialbeiträge wird immer lauter.<U>
<BR><BR>Effekte<BR></U>- Die Grüne Grundsicherung soll ein gesellschaftliches
Klima der Sicherheit erzeugen. Sie sichert <BR> allen Bürgerinnen und
Bürgern ein Mindestmaß an ökonomischer Teilhabe.<BR>- Die medizinische
Grundversorgung sollte allen Bürgerinnen und Bürgern kostenfrei zur Verfügung
<BR> stehen. Sie wird aus Steuermitteln von der Allgemeinheit
finanziert.<U><BR><BR>Grundpfeiler<BR></U>Alle BürgerInnen erhalten eine
monatliche Grundsicherung:<BR>- Grundsicherung für Kinder (400 Euro)<BR>-
Grundsicherung für Erwerbstätige (500 Euro)<BR>- Grundsicherung für RentnerInnen
(500/700 Euro)<BR>- Grundsicherung in besonderen Lebenslagen<U><BR></U>-
Medizinische Grundversorgung<U><BR><BR>Finanzierung über die
Einkommensteuer</U><BR>- 25 % Grundsicherungsabgabe<BR>- 25 %
Einkommensteuer<U><BR></U>- Der Grundfreibetrag und alle durch die jetzige
Einkommensteuer gewährten Steuerprivilegien <BR> werden
abgeschafft</SPAN><U><BR> </U></P>
