Parltrack <http://parltrack.euwiki.org/> is a free tool and the associated
free database to track the law-making in the European Parliament. It

   - aggregates and publishes dispersed information,
   - provides email and RSS based notifications,
   - links most documents with Pippi Longstrings <http://pippi.euwiki.org/> for
   analysis and commenting.

hey,

i'm proud to shamelessly plug this (it was already mentioned, but not
properly
documented):
http://www.ctrlc.hu/~stef/blog/posts/Announcing_Parltrack.html

this is direct result of the "tools for policy reformers" workshop in
barcelona. it does track everything in the ep, and automatically links up
with
pippi longstrings. if you care about internet, you might consider joining
this:
http://parltrack.euwiki.org/notification/internet

for me that workshop was useful, thanks! i hope the results will be useful
for
you ;)
