Liebe
Trainingsinteressierte,<br>
der offene
Krieg in der
Ukraine währt
seit über
sechs Monaten,
und er hat
viele
strategische
und
sicherheitstechnische
Annahmen auf
den Prüfstand
gestellt. Wo
Sicherheitsplanungen
in den
vergangenen
Jahren von
asymmetrischer
Kriegführung,
Terrorlagen
und
Hinterhalten
ausgegangen
sind, sehen
wir nun auf
einem
wesentlichen
Kriegsschauplatz
auch wieder
klassische
Gefechte
zwischen
modern
ausgerüsteten
Armeen. Die
mangelnde
Rücksichtnahme
auf
Zivilist*innen
und
insbesondere
Journalist*innen
ist indes
erhalten
geblieben.<br>
<br>
Wir haben das
zum Anlass
genommen,
unsere
Trainingsmodule
zu
überarbeiten.
Einige Aspekte
haben wir aus
dem <strong>Modul
3 (Sicherheit
in Kriegs- und
Krisengebieten)</strong> ins <strong>Modul 2 (Sicherheit auf Reisen)</strong>
verschoben.
Dazu gehören
<ul>
<li>Umgang mit
Kriminalität</li>
<li>Umgang mit
sexualisierter
Gewalt</li>
<li>Verhalten
bei
Elementarereignissen.</li>
</ul>
Dadurch haben
wir im Modul 3
Platz gewonnen
für Fragen
nach
Datensicherheit,
Umgang mit
Drohnen,
Verhalten
unter
Artilleriebeschuss,
Implikationen
militärischer
Aufklärung
usw. Weiterhin
hoffen wir,
das Training
um eine
Konferenzschaltung
mit lokalen
ukrainischen
Journalist*innen
ergänzen zu
können. Das
steht unter
Vorbehalt, es
ist halt ein
Kriegsgebiet.<br>
<br>
Wir hoffen,
damit
einerseits den
veränderten
Sicherheitsbedürfnissen
entgegengekommen zu sein, ohne andererseits zuviel Ukraine-Schwerpunkt
aufgebaut zu
haben. Die
Aspekte
unserer
Trainings, die
sich eher auf
Gebiete mit
schwacher
Staatlichkeit
und
Situationen
asymmetrischen
Konfliktaustrags beziehen, bleiben erhalten.<br>

mit geändertem
Curriculum

An Tag nach
dem
HEAT3-Training
bieten wir ein
<strong>Erste-Hilfe-Training
für
Konfliktgebiete
(HEFAT)</strong>
an, in dem wir
den Umgang mit
militärischen
Techniken und
Materialien
zur Ersten
Hilfe
(Tourniquet,
Combat
Bandage,
ChestSeal,
Brandwundenverbände,
Quickclot,
Samsplint)
vermitteln.
Wer beide
Trainings
zusammen
bucht, bucht
günstiger.<br>
<br>
Das Modul <strong>HEAT2
(Sicherheit
auf Reisen)</strong>
haben wir
gleichfalls
überarbeitet,
nach Berlin
verlegt und
unter anderem
um den Punkt
„Recherchen im
Umfeld
organisierter
Kriminalität“
verstärkt. <strong>Ein
Termin wird
baldmöglichst
bekanntgegeben, vermutlich für das erste Quartal 2023.</strong><br>
<br>
Weiterhin
buchbar ist
das Modul <strong>HEAT1
(Sicherheit in
Deutschland)</strong>,
bei dem es vor
allem um
Sicherheitsstrategien
auf
innerdeutschen
Veranstaltungen und Demonstrationen geht. Aktuell vergeht kaum eine
Woche ohne
Meldung von
Angriffen des
Coronaleugner*innenmilieus auf die Presse, ein „heißer Herbst“ und ein
„Wutwinter“
sind
angekündigt,
Inflation und
Gaspreise
werden in den
kommenden
Wochen und
Monaten die
Stimmung
weiter
anheizen. <strong>Ab
22.10.
vermitteln
wir, wie
Journalist*innen
von
Veranstaltungen
in diesem
Rahmen sicher
berichten
können:
