<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">DW Akademie invites
you to submit – without any obligation – a proposal for the implementation
of an explorative study on Media, Migration and Refuge in Algeria.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">The study stems
from DW Akademie’s long-standing work in the MENA region and an identified
need to better understand the regional as well as national contexts and
specifities of the communication challenges posed by migration and displacement.
It is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and
Development.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">The following
deliverables will be part of the contract:</span>
<div><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">- Desk research
by January 1st, 2020</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">- A final report
written in English by February 29th, 2020 </span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">- Written transcriptions
or audio recordings of the focus groups </span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">The activities
should begin in December 2019 and a final report should be delivered by
the end of February 2020.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">The following
documents should be included in the proposal:</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">·    
   A cover letter, highlighting the motivation and eligibility
of the applicant;</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">·    
   A curriculum vitae, documenting relevant experience
of the assigned project manager and other reference persons; </span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">·    
   Proposal for the survey design, including methodology,
relevant evaluation questions and a preliminary time schedule; and</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">·    
   A list of expenditures, broken down into costs of
personnel, material and travel, also detailing the number of work days.
</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">·    
   The prices shall be expressed in EUR and all inclusive,
without VAT. </span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif"><b>The deadline
for submitting your proposal is December 6, 2019. <br>
