DW Akademie: Journalistisches Volontariat</b></span><span style=" font-size:12pt">
</span><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:sans-serif"><br>
Am 12. November ist die Ausschreibung für das Volontariat bei der Deutschen
Welle gestartet. Das DW-Volontariat gilt als eine der erfolgreichsten Journalistenausbildungen
in Deutschland und darüber hinaus. Es handelt sich um eine bezahlte Ausbildung
zum Redakteur und Reporter. Da die DW explizit auch die Fachkompetenz in
ihren Fachredaktionen stärken möchte, sind wir auch auf der Suche nach
Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern aus den Bereichen Naturwissenschaften, IT,
Recht, Wirtschaft, Kultur und Sport. Die Volontäre der DW lernen in Praxisseminaren
und redaktionellen Stagen systematisch das journalistische Handwerk crossmedial:
TV, Online und Radio. Darüber hinaus vermittelt die Ausbildung das, was
Journalisten in Zukunft brauchen werden, von digitalem Storytelling über
Datenjournalismus bis zu Virtual Reality. Das Volontariat ist konsequent
praxisbezogen, neben den Seminaren und Stagen sind die Volontäre permanent
in verschiedene Projekte eingebunden, in denen sie eigene journalistische
Produkte erstellen. Dabei hilft, dass wir mit großen deutschen und internationalen
Medienhäusern eng vernetzt sind.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:sans-serif">Das Volontariat
wird vergütet und führt in der Regel zu einer Weiterbeschäftigung bei der
DW, als Redakteure, Reporter oder Korrespondenten. Mögliche Kosten für
Visa und den weiteren Bewerbungsprozess übernimmt die Deutsche Welle. Bewerbungsdeadline
ist der 11. Januar 2019. </span>

<br><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:sans-serif"><b>DW Akademie:
International journalism traineeship</b></span>
<br><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:sans-serif">Applications for
the journalism traineeship at Deutsche Welle have opened on November 12,
2018. DW’s traineeship is one of the most prestigious journalism training
programs in Europe, giving young journalists from all over the world the
chance to learn all the skills needed to work successfully as a multimedia
reporter and editor. The traineeship is all about gaining hands-on experience
in radio, TV and online with a combination of intensive practical training
blocks and newsroom placements both within DW and internationally. Trainees
benefit from DW's strong ties to other German public broadcasters and international
media houses.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:sans-serif">The traineeship
is paid and usually leads to employment in Berlin, Bonn or one of DW’s
bureaus around the world. All costs for visa and the further application
process (potential travels to Bonn) are covered. Deadline for applications
is January 11, 2019.</span>
