<span lang="EN-US">The European Union is currently undertaking a recast of Regulation (EC) No. 428/2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items. One major aspect of the recast is the question
how to address compliance requirements for exporters under the new Regulation. In this regard, we would like to invite you to a discussion forum regarding the practical aspects of compliance in dual-use export control as well as challenges for future regulation
