DW Akademie is calling for bids for the evaluation of six projects funded
by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development
(BMZ). Interested, qualified persons and organizations are kindly requested
to send in their proposals. The six country project evaluations (Burkina
Faso, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, Uganda/South Sudan und Tunisia) shall be awarded
simultaneously to different evaluators who shall then conduct their evaluations
over the same time period. </font>
<p><font size=3 face="Georgia">The actual evaluation will commence December
11, 2017. The final evaluation report will be due on April 15, 2018. Assessment
activities will mainly take place in the months from January to March 2018,
encompassing a couple of weeks of work including a trip to Africa.</font>
<br><font size=3 face="Georgia"><br>
The following documents should be included in the proposal:</font>
<p><font size=3 face="Symbol">· </font><font size=3 face="Georgia">A
cover letter, highlighting the motivation and eligibility of the applicant
for the evaluation;</font>
<p><font size=3 face="Symbol">· </font><font size=3 face="Georgia">A
curriculum vitae, documenting relevant experience as detailed above (including
contact details of reference persons);</font>
<p><font size=3 face="Symbol">· </font><font size=3 face="Georgia">Proposal
for an evaluation design, including methodology, relevant evaluation questions
and a preliminary time schedule; and</font>
<p><font size=3 face="Symbol">· </font><font size=3 face="Georgia">A
list of expenditures, broken down into costs of personnel, material and
travel, also detailing the number of work days. </font>
<p><font size=3 face="Georgia">Evaluation proposals should arrive by October

die DW Akademie schreibt hiermit die Evaluierung von sechs vom Bundesministerium
für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) finanzierten Projekten
aus. Sie lädt interessierte und qualifizierte Personen und Organisationen
ein, Angebote einzureichen. Vorgesehen ist die parallele Beauftragung von
sechs Evaluationen (zu den Länderprojekten Burkina Faso, Ghana, Kenia,
Namibia, Uganda/Südsudan und Tunesien) bei sechs verschiedenen Gutachtern,
die alle im gleichen Zeitraum tätig werden</font><font size=3 face="Default Sans Serif">.

Der eigentliche Evaluationsauftrag beginnt zum 11.12.2017. Die finalen
Evaluationsberichte müssen bis 15.04.2018 vorliegen. Die Gutachtertätigkeit
erstreckt sich also schwerpunktmäßig auf die Monate Januar bis März 2018,
konkret einige Wochen Arbeitsaufwand inklusive einer Reise nach Afrika.

der Bewerber/innen, aus denen einschlägige Erfahrungen hervorgehen, inkl.
Angabe von Referenzpersonen</font><font size=3 face="Verdana"> </font>
<p><font size=3 face="Symbol">- </font><font size=3 face="Georgia">Konzept
des Evaluationsdesigns, einschließlich Methodologie, relevanten Fragestellungen
und vorläufigem Zeitplan</font><font size=3 face="Verdana"> </font>

Kostenaufstellung mit allen geplanten Ausgaben, aufgeschlüsselt nach Personal-
