They used data to map major owners of digital infrastructure (Internet, cable and satellite) in Eastern Europe and South Caucasus, specifically Armenia, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.</SPAN></FONT></DIV></DIV></DIV></DIV></DIV></DIV></H2></DIV></DIV></DIV>
