<h4 style="margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt">Во многих странах-участницах ОБСЕ конфликтные ситуации и кризисы таят в себе препятствия, а зачастую и угрозу для независимой, профессиональной и объективной журналистики. Иногда журналисты помимо воли способствуют
обострению конфликтов. Бывает непросто провести чёткие границы между пропагандой, языком ненависти и интересами конфликтующих сторон. Под угрозой часто оказывается личная и дигитальная безопасность журналистов.<o:p></o:p></h4>
<h4 style="margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt"> <o:p></o:p></h4>
<h4 style="margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt">Эти проблемы будут в центре внимания журналистского семинара, организованного фондом taz.Panterstiftung в сотрудничестве с организацией „Репортёры без границ“ и Министерством иностранных дел Германии. 14 журналистов
из стран-участниц ОБСЕ, в особенности, стран Восточного партнёрства (Украина, Молдова, Азербайджан, Армения, Грузия и Беларусь), Средней Азии и России, будут приглашены с 29-го мая по 5-е июня в Берлин, где им предоставится возможность обменяться опытом, обсудить
выше приведённые проблемы и многое другое.<o:p></o:p></h4>
<h4 style="margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt"> <o:p></o:p></h4>
<h4 style="margin:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt">Участники семинара встретятся с журналистами, политиками, представителями гражданских инициатив и международными экспертами по наблюдению за выборами. Они посетят немецкий парламент. В МИДе участники смогут пообщаться
с представителями рабочей группы по вопросам, связанным с председательством Германии в ОБСЕ на период 2016-го года. Кроме этого участники познакомятся с ландшафтом немецких СМИ и с рядом навыков и умений, необходимых в работе во времена конфликтных ситуаций.
Не в последнюю очередь они получат информацию о том, как усилить собственную безопасность.<o:p></o:p></h4>
