angesehen und finde es ausgesprochen unseriös, dass Sie im Namen der GIZ
jemanden suchen, der offenbar kostenlos für Sie journalistisch arbeiten soll.
Angesicht der Vielzahl der Aufgaben, die diese Person erfüllen soll, sollten Sie
natürlich ein angemessenes Honorar zahlen und nicht nur Spesen. Es kann nicht
sein, dass staatliche Institutionen, wie die Ihre, zwar allen neuen Trends
folgen wollen und sich Content beschaffen wollen, aber offenbar nicht bereit
sind, dafür dann im Budget auch einen angemessenen Honorarsatz einzuplanen.

<DIV>Ich würde mich außerdem freuen, wenn die FOME-Liste zukünftig davon Abstand
nimmt, Ausschreibungen dieser Art herum zu schicken, die versuchen, Leute zu
Dumping-Preisen anzuwerben. Es gab kürzlich schon eine sehr gute Debatte um ein
Praktikumsangebot, dessen unseriöse Bedingungen zu Recht sehr gerügt wurden.
