April 2013 um 18:30 Uhr<BR><BR>im<BR>Abgeordnetenhaus von Berlin<BR>Niederkirchnerstraße 5<BR>10111 Berlin<BR>Raum 376.<BR><BR>Der russische Präsident Wladimir Putin beantwortete im jüngsten ARD-Fernsehinterview Fragen zu den Durchsuchungen von politischen Stiftungen und Nichtregierungsorganisationen, die derzeit das bilaterale Verhältnisses zwischen Deutschland und Russland trüben."Ich glaube, Sie schüchtern die deutsche Öffentlichkeit ein", bringt Putin seine Kritik an der deutschen Berichterstattung auf den Punkt. Gemeinsam mit russischen und deutschen Politologen, Journalisten und Kommunikationswissenschaftlern wollen wir versuchen, einen Blick hinter das Medienbild zu werfen. Wie unterscheidet sich die Funktion der vierten Gewalt in den politischen Systemen unserer beiden Länder und was verändern die neuen Medien? Schützen die Meinungs- und Pressefreiheit, die die Verfassungen Deutschlands und Russlands garantieren, vor politischer Einflussnahme? Kann Medienberichterstattung objektiv sein und wie beeinflussen mediale Fremdbilder die Außenpolitik?
