<P>BIKULTURELLER CROSSMEDIALER JOURNALISMUS in Kreuzberg !!<BR><BR>01.11.2012 30.01.2014<BR><BR>Migranten bereichern Redaktionen<BR><BR>MigrantInnen sind bislang in deutschen Redaktionen die Ausnahme von der Regel. Das soll sich mit Blick auf Themenauswahl und die faire, angemessene Begleitung von Integrationsprozessen ändern. Das Bildungswerk in Berlin-Kreuzberg (BWK) bereitet junge Akademiker mit Migrationshintergrund auf die Arbeit in der Medienbranche vor. Entwickelt wurde die Bikulturelle Crossmediale Fortbildung für Migranten" auf Wunsch der Agentur für Arbeit. Auch Staatsministerin Prof. Maria Böhmer, die Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für Migration, hat die Weiterbildungs-Maßnahme angestoßen. Diese Fortbildung ist bundesweit bislang einzigartig.<BR><BR>Die Absolventen des Seminars können mit ihren besonderen Talenten etwa bei Sprache oder den Einblicken und Blickwinkeln aus fremden Kulturen mit besten Chancen im Medienbereich rechnen. Der Migrationshintergrund ist nicht länger Nachteil sondern ein Vorteil bei den Bewerbungsgesprächen. Start-Termin der Maßnahme ist nun der 01. November 2012.<BR><BR>Das Seminar hat insgesamt einen zeitlichen Rahmen von 15 Monaten, darin enthalten sind neun Monate Theorie sowie Praxis- und Projektarbeit. Das Praktikum umfasst sechs Monate. Das BWK hat sich mit Erfolg darum bemüht, dass bei der Ausbildung eine große Anzahl potenter Partner zur Seite steht, die den StudentInnen attraktive Praktika anbieten. Die Weiterbildung erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Prof. Dr. Ulrich Pätzold, der zu den führenden Experten in der Deutschen Journalistenausbildung zähl sowie mit der Radiomoderatorin Konstantina Vassiliou Enz. Diese Zusammenarbeit führt zu einem hoch attraktiven Netzwerk aus Kooperationspartnern. Das gilt für Praktika, für den technischen Rahmen, für die Lehrbeauftragten und das Curriculum.
