Initiative is a donor collaborative committed to strengthening
democracy and development through empowering citizens to hold
their governing institutions to account.</span></span><span

arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"> The Director role requires an
individual with a proven ability to lead teams, interact with
high-level stakeholders, and deliver results. Candidates should
possess exceptional interpersonal skills, especially
communications and relationship management. An ability to work
independently and perform as a self-starter who can take
initiative with minimal supervision is essential, as is an
ability to work under pressure and on a range of tasks and
meeting deadlines.<br>
