Die Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung bildet die Teilnehmer in den
Grundlagen der politischen Kommunikation fort. Das
Vernetzungsprogramm endet am 21. Oktober mit einer
Podiumsdiskussion zu den Wahlen in Belarus und der Rolle des

sind unter anderem: Sergej Chaly, ein unabhängiger
Wirtschaftsanalyst und Ex-Mitarbeiter von Alexander Lukaschenkos
Regierung, Viktor Malischewsky, Ex-Vize-Chefredakteur einer der
wichtigsten belarussischen Zeitungen und heute kritischer Blogger.
An dem Programm nehmen</span><span style="font-size: 10pt;
font-family: "Verdana","sans-serif";">
ebenfalls zwei Fotoblogger, ein parteipolitischer Blogger, eine
liberale Kirchenaktivistin, sowie zwei Redakteure
nichtkommerzieller Online-Jugendmagazine teil. Alle zehn Blogger
stehen während des Programms für Interviews zur Verfügung.</span>
