[fome] IJF Perugia: Invitation to join the DWA Aperitivo, launching the State of Media Development Report

Dear colleagues from the fome list,

Will you be at the International Journalism Festival<https://www.journalismfestival.com/> in Perugia in mid-April?

If so, I would like to warmly invite you to an Aperitivo event organised by DW Akademie on April 16th in the Hotel Brufani, celebrating the launch of the new State of Media Development Report 2026. Please find the invitation attached.

It will be an informal, lively get-together with finger food, some drinks and good company from media dev colleagues from around the world.

Rawan Damen (Director of ARIJ and Chair of GFMD) and Martin Scott (Professor at UEA) will reflect on the main insights from the new report.
