Dear Madam/Sir,

UNESCO is seeking an organization with expertise in media research to carry out a preliminary assessment for the expected second phase of the UNESCO's project "Support for Ukrainian Refugees through Media," which aims to increase refugees' access to reliable information on key topics of interest and concern, to enhance their self-reliance and resilience, and promote social inclusion through host-country media.

Please find more details about the project and the application procedure in the attached Terms of Reference.

Interested organizations should send a short proposal to masprojects at unesco.org<mailto:masprojects at unesco.org> on or before 14 November 2023, 6 p.m. CEST.
