[FoME] Job offer: Project Manager and Trainer – Morocco and Tunisia

We are looking for a freelance Project Manager and e-Trainer (f/m/d) in Morocco and Tunisia for the DW Akademie for as soon as possible until 31.12.2022.

Our offer:

Support in planning and implementation of the projects "Support of Community Media" in Morocco and "Training and Consulting of Local Media" in Tunisia
Cooperation with project partners in Morocco and Tunisia
Support for monitoring and evaluation and budget control
Subcontracting in the area of reporting
Support with administrative processes
Conception, implementation and realization of journalistic trainings including e-training and blended learning
Consultancy (including organizational and editorial advice) and needs analyses for community media in Morocco
Consultancy (including organizational, editorial advice) and needs analyses of local media in Tunisia
Working in an international, agile team with high range of flexibility. Home office is possible
Further education for the project manager by the internal DW Akademie Training Centre is planned according to the needs of the implementing projects

What you bring with you:

Completed university studies (Bachelor, Master, Diploma)
Experience in project implementation
Professional experience in the field of freedom of expression and media development
Knowledge of the work processes and organizational structure of the DW Akademie is desired
Several years of practical journalistic experience
Several years of experience as trainer and/or consultant
Distinctive MIL expertise
Distinctive expertise of digital transformation of local media in Morocco and Tunisia
Knowledge of the media situation in Morocco and Tunisia
Knowledge of the situation of civil society work in Morocco and Tunisia
Strong competences in digital learning
Very good knowledge of French and German, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Flexibility to travel to Morocco and Tunisia
