[FoME] Free Press Unlimited looks for Evaluator of youth projects in Burundi, Uganda and Southern Sudan

Dear friends of FOME, 

Greetings from the Netherlands! 

Please find attached the TOR for the Mid Term Evaluation for Free Press Unlimited in Burundi, Uganda and South Sudan.

FPU would like to work with a (local or international) consultant that: 

a. Speaks French and English

b. Has experience in youth participatory media production (and evaluation) 

c. Is available at short notice to travel and carry out the assessment. 

The deadline for presentation of proposals is Monday-morning 21 of April 9:00 hrs. 

There is no specific format. FPU expects a plan of action and a budget. 

Taking into account this tight time schedule, I recommend you to distribute the MTR as soon as possible under your contacts.
