[FoME] Media situation Madagascar

Dear list participants, 
does anyone know of studies regarding past or present of the media
situation (newspapers, radio, TV, Internet, mobile communication) in
Madagascar. I am currently preparing an analysis of the media situation
there and appreciate any hints to studies done already by others, i.e.
assessments of media laws, press freedom, assessments of political-media
relations, assessments of content of media, needs analyses, media
projects. 
I will compile a summary of the answers and feed it back to the list
best regards
