Hi collegues of Fome list! 

 

My name is Victor van Oeyen. I am Dutch and worked from 1985 – 2003 in
Bolivia and Latin America in the field of Communication and Development. 

I did that mainly within the Community Radio Sector, where  I was happy to
conduct research together with ERBOL, ALER and AMARC. 

 

After some years back in the Netherlands, I and my family returned to
Bolivia in November 2009. 

 

As you can see below I am working now as communication consultant for
CEADESC. 

You could call CEADESC a think-tank, specialized in Human Rights,
Empowerment, Transparency, Environment and Indigenous populations.
