Neben der Windkraft spielt dabei die Photovoltaik (PV) eine große Rolle. Neu ist die Installation von PV-Freiflächenanlagen. Erste Planungen dazu gibt es bereits im Kreis Coesfeld. Was muss dabei berücksichtigt werden?<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style='line-height:17.25pt;background:white'><span style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black'>Einen „<strong><span style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>Leitfaden zur Steuerung von PV-Freiflächenanlagen im Kreis Coesfeld</span></strong>“ stellt am <strong><span style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>Mittwoch, den 03.04.2024 um 19:30 Uhr</span></strong> im Rahmen eines Zoom-Online-Vortrags <strong><span style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>Annkatrin Senker von der <a href="https://www.enwelo.de/" target="_blank" title="Firma Enwelo GmbH & Co. KG">Firma Enwelo GmbH & Co. KG</a></span></strong> aus Steinfurt vor. Dazu sind alle Bürgerinnen und Bürger eingeladen. Der Vortrag ist kostenlos.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style='line-height:17.25pt;background:white'><span style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black'>Die Firma Enwelo hat sich intensiv mit der Errichtung von Freiflächen-PV-Anlage beschäftigt und berät Kommunen und Investoren. Der Leitfaden, der vorgestellt wird, dient zur leichteren Steuerung von PV-Freiflächenanlagen durch die Städte und Gemeinden im Kreis Coesfeld. Besonderes Augenmerk wird die Referentin auf die Baumberge-Region werfen. Sie wird dabei eine geodatenbasierte Potenzialanalyse vorstellen und folgende Fragen nachgehen: Welche Flächen sind eher konfliktarm (Zielkonflikt Fläche) umzusetzen? Welche Argumente gibt es für und gegen eine Anlage auf dieser Fläche? Welche individuellen Abwägungen durch die Kommune sind erforderlich. Konkret werden dabei potenzielle Flächen in der Baumberge-Region vorgestellt. Senker: „Nach derzeitiger Rechtslage liegen Errichtung und Betrieb von Anlagen zur Erzeugung von Strom aus erneuerbaren Energien im überragenden öffentlichen Interesse. PV-Freiflächenanlagen auf landwirtschaftlichen Flächen, die Solarstrom produzieren und gleichzeitig landwirtschafte Nutzung weiter ermöglichen, sind eine zukunftsfähige Technologie, die immer mehr an
