Alle für 1,5!“ Mit diesem Motto findet bundesweit heute (Freitag, 19.3.) der nächste Klimastreik statt. Dazu rufen „Fridays for Future“, aber auch zahlreiche andere Organisationen auf. Auch im Kreis Coesfeld finden Aktionen statt – in Senden, in Lüdinghausen, in Dülmen und in Coesfeld. Eine Übersicht dieser Aktionen bietet die Friedensinitiative Nottuln (FI) an und ruft gleichzeitig alle Bürgerinnen und Bürger dazu auf, sich an den Klima-Demonstrationen zu beteiligen. „Wir müssen schnell handeln, um eine Klimakatastrophe zu verhindern, und dringend Treibhausgase mindern“, fordert aus Coesfeld Else Scharlau alle zur Teilnahme am Klimastreiktag auf. „Es geht darum, die Welt enkeltauglich zu machen“, mahnt in Lüdinghausen Initiator und Umweltschützer Reinhard Loewert. „Die Klimakrise wartet nicht, bis wir die Pandemie überwunden haben“, macht in Senden Bernd Lieneweg Druck.
