Vor einem Jahr schon kam die Nachricht – eine gute Nachricht aus Afghanistan, aus dem kleinen Dorf Shina – ganz in der Nähe von Kabul: „Wir brauchen keine Unterstützung mehr! Wir sind auf einem guten Weg!“ Und sofort nach dieser Nachricht machten die Friedensinitiative Nottuln (FI) und der Verein „Gemeinnützige Hilfe Afghanistan e.V.“ den Termin fest: Am kommenden Montag, den 22.1.2018 stellen Sabine Tecklenburg-Khorosh und Mahmut Khorosh von der Hilfsorganisation aus Münster ein kleines Buch vor, das die Erfolgsgeschichte dieses Entwicklungsprojektes dokumentiert. Um 19.30 Uhr liest Sabine Tecklenburg-Khorosh aus dem Buch und wird darüber hinaus berichten, wie es in dem Dorf weitergegangen ist. Dazu lädt die FI alle Spenderinnen und Spender ein, die in den letzten Jahren dieses Dorfprojekt im Rahmen der Weihnachtsspendenaktionen der FI mitfinanziert haben. Eingeladen sind jedoch auch alle anderen interessierten Bürgerinnen und Bürger. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;color:black;letter-spacing:.05pt'>Das Buch zeigt, wie auch ohne Militäreinsatz eine friedliche Entwicklung Afghanistan möglich ist und möglich gewesen wäre: Ein gemeinnütziger Verein geht eine Partnerschaft zur Wiederaufbauhilfe mit einem Dorf ein. Mit dem Bau einer Moschee beginnt eine 13 Jahre lange Kooperation. Nachdem grundlegende Versorgungsstrukturen aufgebaut worden sind, schöpfen die Bewohner wieder Hoffnung und beginnen mit der Gestaltung ihres eigenen Lebensraumes. Durch das gemeinsame Handeln und die Übernahme sozialer Verantwortung sorgen sie dafür, dass ihr Dorf für alle wieder zu einem lebenswerten Ort wird.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:13.1pt;line-height:13.4pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;vertical-align:baseline'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;color:black;letter-spacing:.05pt'>Die FI hat sich seit 2007 für die Unterstützung der Dorfbewohner beim Wiederaufbau eingesetzt und insgesamt rund 28.000 € an Spenden eingesammelt und zur Verfügung stellen können. „Das Dorf Shina ist mittlerweile grundversorgt und hat eine Lebensqualität erreicht, die menschenwürdig ist“, freut sich Norbert Wienke, Geschäftsführer der FI.
