vor Gericht verhandelt worden. In 15 Fällen gab es Gefängnisstrafen, die meisten
endeten mit Bewährungs- oder Geldstrafen. 19 Angeklagte wurden
freigesprochen.</font></div>
<div dir="ltr"><strong><font size="4">Öffentlichkeitsfahndung nach
Randalierern</font></strong></div>
<div dir="ltr"><font size="4">Nach mehr als 400 Randaliererinnen und Randalierern
fahndete die Polizei öffentlich mit Fotos, daraufhin konnten 135 Tatverdächtige
identifiziert werden. In der Folge wurde in 90 Fällen Anklage erhoben. Das
Ergebnis: Sechs Mal wurden Bewährungs- oder Geldstrafen verhängt, neun Verfahren
wurden eingestellt, viele Fälle sind aber noch nicht abgeschlossen.</font></div>

Polizeibeamtinnen - und -beamte bislang 107 eingestellt, 49 laufen noch. Die

Christiane Schneider, kritisierte, dass bis heute kein einziges Verfahren gegen

8. Juli 2019 vier Brandanschläge geplant zu haben. Ziele waren laut
Generalstaatsanwaltschaft das Wohnhaus der Stadtentwicklungs-Senatorin Dorothee
Stapelfeld von der SPD, ein Maklerbüro sowie die Geschäftsräume und das Auto
eines Wohnungsunternehmers. Die Angeklagten hätten sich in einem Park im Viertel
Eimsbüttel getroffen und als Brandsätze vier Flaschen vorbereitet, drei davon
mit Zündvorrichtung. Auch seien Feuerzeuge, Handschuhe und schwarze
Wechselkleidung gefunden worden. Die beiden Männer im Alter von 27 und 31 Jahren

Parkbank die Anklageschriften der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft Hamburg erhalten.
Das Schreiben gibt Aufschluss über einen Teil der Ermittlungen, die angestrebte
Beweisführung und endet mit dem Antrag der Generalstaatsanwaltschaft die
Untersuchungshaft gegen zwei, bzw. den Haftbefehl samt Verschonungsbeschluss
gegen die dritte Person aufrecht zu erhalten. Außerdem wird beantragt das
Hauptverfahren gegen die Drei am Landgericht zu eröffnen.</span></font></div>

ein. Für die drei Angeklagten der „Parkbank-Crew“ sind bis Anfang April 28

Widerstand – Bundesweite Kampagne gegen Repression</strong> - </font><font size="4">In diesem Jahr sollen Massenprozesse gegen Aktivist*innen beginnen, die
im Juli 2017 gegen das Treffen der G20 auf die Straße gegangen sind. Die
Staatsanwaltschaft Hamburg hat bereits gegen 37 Aktivist*innen rund um die
Proteste am Rondenbarg Anklage erhoben – mindestens drei politische
Massenprozesse stehen bevor. Ihnen wird die bloße Teilnahme an einer
Demonstration zur Last gelegt. Deswegen werden sie unter anderem wegen
„gemeinschaftlichem schweren Landfriedensbruch“ angeklagt. Eine Verurteilung
würde einen massiven Angriff auf das Versammlungsrecht bedeuten. Bundesweit
