Nationale Begleitgremium hat im Standortauswahlverfahren für
ein Atommülllager von Anfang an Transparenz und
Nachvollziehbarkeit angemahnt. Deshalb ist gerade der Beginn
der Phase 1 des Standortauswahlverfahrens von besonderer
Wichtigkeit, um Vertrauen in das Verfahren aufzubauen.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"
style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;line-height:normal"><span
style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">Um
wirkliche Transparenz zu erreichen, müssen die
Bundesgesellschaft für Endlagerung (BGE) und das Bundesamt
für kerntechnische Entsorgungssicherheit (BfE) alle
erhobenen und bewerteten geologischen Daten und Unterlagen
veröffentlichen. Dafür ist es unerlässlich, dass das
geplante Geologiedatengesetz schnellstmöglich verabschiedet
wird. Nur auf dieser Grundlage können BGE und BfE ihre
gesetzliche Verpflichtung erfüllen, Datensammlungen zu
veröffentlichen. Ohne dieses Gesetz ist ein von Anfang an
transparentes Auswahlverfahren nicht möglich.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>

style="margin-bottom:6.0pt;line-height:normal"><span
style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">Um diese
wichtige Voraussetzung für ein partizipatives, transparentes
und lernendes Verfahren (§ 1 StandAG) zu untermauern, will
das Nationale Begleitgremium am 2. Februar 2019 in Berlin
eine öffentliche Veranstaltung „Geologische Daten im
Brennpunkt: Transparenz als Voraussetzung für ein
erfolgreiches Standortauswahlverfahren“<b>
</b>ausrichten. Ziel des Dialogs und der Anhörung ist es,
den Stand der Dinge aus verschiedenen Perspektiven zu
erörtern, auf belastbare Lösungen zu drängen und das
Verfahren zur Verabschiedung des Geologiedatengesetzes zu
beschleunigen. Die Herausforderung: Derzeit liegt noch kein
offizieller Gesetzentwurf, sondern nur ein Arbeitsentwurf
vor.
