<span class="ngSpitzmarke">BREISACH.</span> Dem bürgerlichen
Aktionsbündnis, das zu der Demonstration am Montagabend (<a
moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.badische-zeitung.de/breisach/fotos-anti-atom-demo-in-breisach"
title="" target="_self" class="ngLink">Fotos</a>) aufgerufen hatte,
gehören die Breisacher Umweltliste, die Umweltjugend, die SPD, Bündnis
90/Die Grünen und der Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz (BUND) an.<br>

Zunächst versammelten sich die Atomgegner zu einer Kundgebung auf dem
Neutorplatz. Die Redner kritisierten in ihren Ansprachen neben der
Laufzeitverlängerung auch den harten Polizeieinsatz gegen das
umstrittene Projekt "Stuttgart 21".<br>

"Ich freue mich sehr, dass so viele gekommen sind, um auf die Straße zu
gehen", betonte Petra Breitenfeldt, Mitorganisatorin der Demonstration
und ehemalige Stadträtin der Breisacher Umweltliste. Unabhängig von
Parteien seien alle Bürger eingeladen, gemeinsam den Protest gegen die
Laufzeitverlängerung der Atomkraftwerke sichtbar und hörbar zu machen.<br>

"Unsere Regierung ignoriert unsere Ängste", kritisierte sie. In einer
Nacht-und-Nebel-Aktion habe die Bundeskanzlerin mit dem
Wirtschaftsminister die Laufzeitverlängerung beschlossen. "Soll das
Demokratie sein?", fragte sie. "Wir wollen nicht noch mehr Atommüll
produzieren und raus aus der Verlängerung. Bewegt euch, dann bewegt ihr
was", forderte sie.<br>

Im Dialekt stimmte Axel Mayer die Teilnehmer auf die bevorstehende
Demonstration ein. "Mappus un Rech meine, dass alli Junge und alli Alde
bi Kungebunge nix verlore hän. Also alli under 25 und iber 35 sodde
jedzt verschwinde", betonte der BUND-Geschäftsführer für die Region
südlicher Oberrhein polemisch und spielte damit auf die Demonstration
am Donnerstag in Stuttgart an. Dort seien "Kinder und Aldi un viel
ehemalige CDU Wähler" verprügelt worden. Es sei wie in Wyhl 1975,
kritisierte er.<br>
<br>
Die Laufzeitverlängerung für Atomkraftwerke sei weder fortschrittlich
noch christlich-konservativ, sondern bedeute mehr Atommüll und
Kinderkrebs sowie eine größere Unfallgefahr. Außerdem behindere sie den
Ausbau alternativer Energien, prangerte Mayer an.<br>

"Demokratisch isch des nid, wänn´d Konzern regiere", betonte er weiter.
Denn die Laufzeitverlängerung zeige, wer das Land regiere: Vattenfall,
EON, RWE und EnBW. Dabei gehe es nur um Geld und Profit. Schließlich
forderte Mayer dazu auf, mit Leserbriefen, Aufklebern und Kleinanzeigen
Farbe zu bekennen, Ökostrom vom echten Ökostromanbieter und nicht von
einer EnBW-Tochter zu beziehen und im Herbst ohne Gewalt den
Castortransport zu bremsen. Sowohl Breitenfeldt als auch Mayer
erhielten von den Zuhörern viel Applaus.<br>

Anschließend setzte sich der Demonstrationszug vom Neutorplatz aus in
Bewegung zum Gutgesellentorplatz und über den Münsterberg. Weiter ging
es durch Rheintor-, Kupfertor- und Neutorstraße zum Ausgangspunkt
zurück.<br>
